Wolfgang M. Leitenberger, the business owner, has more then 35 years professional experience, including
20+ years of providing solutions to the customer and Last Level Support to end users both via telephone
and hands on support. He also has expertise in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software
as well providing expert training. He has presented special IBM Solutions at the world's largest Computer Fair
"CEBIT" at Hannover, Germany, and was trained at the IBM Education Centers in Product Sales and Conversations.
Wolfgang was invited to many of the IBM Labs in different countries worldwide. He has knowledge in
Bookkeeping and Business Administration. Mr. Leitenberger also attended the "Academy for International Management"
in Mannheim, Germany.

After nearly 30 years with IBM in Germany, he started his own consulting
business in Hemsbach, Germany. After five years of running a very successful
business
the family decided to move to California.
"I grew up with all kinds of computers. In the very early life of computers they
were very slow, but very big. They are now much faster, and are getting smaller
and smaller, but I think they are still in the infant stage of development. I still own
one
of the first 1981 IBM Personal Computers with 64KB of memory. Very often
I ask
myself: Is this your hobby or your occupation, or vice versa?.
But, I really don't have an answer."
